Each session features a 20-minute pre-recorded video that you can complete at your own pace, with 12 months of unlimited access to the program.
Following each session, you’ll receive a recap email with key insights, practical resources, and reflective exercises. You’ll also have access to email support from our coaching team throughout the program.
For the best experience, allow around one hour per session to watch the content and complete the self-reflection exercises. We recommend leaving approximately two weeks between sessions to support deeper learning, integration, and sustainable change.
