KM 10-STEP – Session Outline

Aim of this Course

To detach from disharmonious thoughts and emotions and develop
greater focus and awareness. Via understanding the anatomy of the mind
(the basic principles of the Kelee®} and learning the practice (Kelee®
meditation, you will have a way to understand and troubleshoot your own
mind for greater health, happiness and high performance.

Each session is 60min on Zoom and approximately 2 weeks between sessions.
