” Know thyself “
Create a foundation of self-awareness to inspire a sense of meaning and purpose with the direction of your life. Learn a simple 5-min meditation practice to live with more awareness and less fear.

Session 2 - Self-Awareness

Deepen your understanding of your mind via the anatomy of the Kelee©️ Meditation and learn about dysfunction and detachment.

Session 3 - Physical Health and fitness

Explore daily habits for peak performance to optimise your health and wellbeing.

Session 4 - High Performance

Explore mastery in your craft, some worthy goals and actions required to deliver the success you are looking for without compromising yourself in the process.

Session 5 - Detaching from Mental Limitation

Address the biggest blocks in the mind – Fear, belief systems and subconscious ways of being.

Session 6 - Performance and the Playing Field

Understand the primary and secondary performance points.

Session 7 - Features of a Strong Mind

Understand and train the features of an elite mind. 

Session 8 - Finding the Next Level

Address both the drivers and blockers of elite performance.

Session 9 - Lifestyle

What is a balanced life? Find the next level in physical health.

Session 10 - Performance Mastery

The aim is not to become a master, but rather to become a student of mastery and to introduce concepts for discussion.

Each session is 90min and approximately 2 weeks between sessions.
