MAP3 – Session Outline

Session 1 - Self-Awareness & State of Mind

Develop greater self-awareness to understand the patterns that shape your leadership, performance, and quality of life. Learn the foundational principles of the Kelee® to cultivate a calmer, clearer and more purposeful state of mind.

Session 2 - Master the Mind

Deepen your understanding of how the mind influences stress, reactions and leadership. Learn to recognise emotional triggers and respond with greater awareness, resilience and clarity under pressure.

Session 3 - Elevate Performance

Explore what it takes to master your craft, lead with purpose and pursue meaningful goals. Learn practical principles to perform at your best while maintaining wellbeing, balance and fulfilment.

Check-In

A 15-minute check-in two weeks after Session 3 to answer questions and support you as you continue applying what you’ve learnt.

Each session is 60min on Zoom and approximately 2 weeks between sessions.
