Join Matt Griggs for a Kelee Meditation Community Class via zoom, this class is open to all students who have learned the basic principles of the Kelee and are interested in developing their mind. Matt will offer his recent learnings and take students through a group meditation practice along with guided contemplation. Class also offers the opportunity for students to ask questions amongst a like-minded community. This is a fantastic opportunity to reboot your mind and build your mental strength for the coming month ahead.
