I have known Griggsy for over ten years but worked closely with him for 5 years when he was the Pit Boss for Ripcurl. Griggsy is very knowledgeable about health and fitness and was awesome to work with on technique, heat tactics and coaching of surfing. His wisdom and professional attitude was a giant help with my 2007 World title campaign.
